The unit has a horizontal triplex single acting plunger pump mounted on  cementing truck. The plunger pump is driven by a diesel engine with automatic mixing function and recirculation mixing function. Electric system, hydraulic system, air system and mechanic

drive system are centralized on the console. The low pressure non-radioactive

density meter can measure the instantaneous density value of slurry to ensure

the cementing quality. 

Main components of the SJX5230TSN cementing truck are as follows:

Chassis: North Benz 6X6 loading cross country chassis

Diesel engine: One DDC6063HV39 or CAT  diesel engine

Transmission: One HD470DOFS hydraulic transmission

One 3ZB-265 triplex plunger pump

Slurry charging pump: One Ra 5×6 centrifugal pump

Jet pump: One MISSION 2×3 x13 centrifugal pump

Water supplying pump: One MISSION 2×3 x13 centrifugal pump

Metering tank: two compartments (2m3 for each)
